Position Overview

The Electrical Construction Manager provides management and technical oversight of power distribution, equipment, grounding, lighting, and electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Manage scope, schedule, safety, quality, and contractor performance; coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering, and stakeholders; review one-lines and documentation; lead planning and sequencing; resolve technical and field issues; coordinate inspections, energization, testing, commissioning, turnover, recovery activities, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of electrical construction, engineering, or project management experience; commercial or industrial electrical systems expertise; complex contractor management; ability to interpret one-line diagrams and technical documentation; strong leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Semiconductor, data center, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or industrial experience; medium-voltage and large-scale distribution; energization and commissioning management experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
