Position Overview

The Life Safety Systems Construction Manager provides management and coordination of life safety system construction, testing, integration, and turnover.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned scopes from planning through turnover; coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering teams, inspectors, and stakeholders; review requirements; monitor schedule, safety, quality, and performance; coordinate inspections, testing, integrated testing, commissioning, deficiency closure, acceptance, turnover, and risk reporting.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of construction, engineering, life safety, or project management experience; complex life safety scope management; strong understanding of installation, testing, acceptance, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

Semiconductor, data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical experience; specialized detection and monitoring systems; commissioning and integrated systems testing familiarity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
