Construction Manager – Process
M&L Construction provides experienced construction management professionals who integrate directly into project teams to help owners, contractors, and developers successfully deliver complex projects. Our team supports mission-critical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, energy, and industrial construction projects by providing disciplined leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on execution.
Position Overview
The Process Construction Manager manages process systems, utilities, piping, and equipment on technically demanding industrial projects.
Responsibilities
Manage scope, schedule, safety, quality, and contractor performance; coordinate piping, equipment, utilities, vendors, and specialty contractors; review P&IDs and documents; develop sequencing plans; resolve constraints and risks; coordinate testing, flushing, startup, commissioning, turnover, change management, and progress reporting.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of industrial construction, engineering, or project management experience; process piping, utilities, or equipment installation expertise; ability to interpret P&IDs; strong contractor management and planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or process-intensive industrial experience; high-purity or specialty utilities; EPC/EPCM or owner’s representative experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
