Position Overview

The Electrical Superintendent leads field execution of power distribution, equipment installation, grounding, lighting, controls interfaces, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical activities; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, manpower, materials, and sequencing; review one-line diagrams and technical documentation; coordinate interfaces; manage code compliance, inspections, energization, testing, turnover, safety procedures, quality, and progress tracking.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of electrical construction experience; previous field leadership; strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical systems, drawings, one-line diagrams, coordination, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Mission-critical, semiconductor, data center, advanced manufacturing, or industrial experience; medium-voltage and large-scale distribution systems; energization, commissioning, or turnover experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
