Position Overview

The I&C Construction Manager provides leadership and oversight for instrumentation, controls, automation, and associated scopes from planning through completion and turnover.

Responsibilities

Manage scope, schedule, quality, safety, and contractor performance; coordinate engineering, vendors, and stakeholders; review plans, specifications, controls documentation, RFIs, and submittals; resolve technical issues; support change management, recovery planning, testing, startup, commissioning, turnover, and progress reporting.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of construction, engineering, or project management experience involving I&C systems; complex controls or instrumentation scope management; strong automation knowledge, contractor management, communication, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, or industrial experience; PLC, DCS, BMS, facility controls, EPC/EPCM, owner’s representative, or construction management experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
