Position Overview

The Life Safety Systems Superintendent leads field execution and coordination of life safety systems on complex industrial and mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

Lead installation and coordination; align contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and inspectors; review drawings and requirements; coordinate electrical, controls, mechanical, process, and facility interfaces; manage inspections, testing, startup, turnover, deficiency closure, safety, quality, and completion records.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of relevant construction or life safety systems experience; prior field leadership; strong understanding of system installation, testing, documentation, coordination, and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical experience; fire alarm, detection, monitoring, gas detection, integrated testing, or commissioning experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
