We’re currently seeking experienced MEP Construction Professionals to support a large-scale construction project in Chandler, Arizona. We have five openings available for qualified candidates with strong Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related building systems experience.

Position Overview

The MEP Construction Professional supports coordination and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and related building systems throughout construction. This onsite role coordinates field leadership, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, commissioning teams, and project management to maintain schedule and support successful completion and turnover.

Responsibilities

Support field execution and coordination of MEP systems; coordinate trade partners, vendors, engineers, and stakeholders; review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; resolve clashes, field conflicts, installation constraints, and sequencing issues; monitor quality, productivity, schedule, testing, startup, commissioning, turnover, safety, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of construction, engineering, field supervision, or project management experience involving MEP systems; experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or multidisciplinary scopes; strong understanding of construction sequencing, technical documentation, contractor coordination, communication, leadership, and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with semiconductor, mission-critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, energy, or complex industrial projects; multidisciplinary MEP coordination, BIM/VDC, clash resolution, commissioning, startup, turnover, EPC/EPCM, owner’s representative, construction management, or general contractor experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant construction and industry experience will also be considered.
