Position Overview

The Process Superintendent leads field execution of process systems and process utility installations on technically complex industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead daily process construction; coordinate piping, equipment, specialty systems, contractors, and vendors; manage manpower, sequencing, productivity, schedule, and installation quality; review P&IDs and construction documents; coordinate inspections, testing, flushing, startup, turnover, safety, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of industrial construction experience involving process systems; Superintendent or comparable field leadership; strong understanding of process piping, equipment, utility installations, P&IDs, planning, and trade coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or industrial process experience; high-purity or specialty systems; commissioning, startup, or turnover familiarity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
