Position Overview

The Telecom Construction Manager oversees telecommunications, structured cabling, low-voltage, and related technology infrastructure from planning through installation and turnover.

Responsibilities

Manage scope, schedule, safety, quality, and contractor performance; coordinate cabling, fiber, pathways, equipment rooms, infrastructure, vendors, engineering, and stakeholders; review documents; resolve risks and constraints; coordinate testing, inspections, documentation, turnover, recovery activities, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of telecom, low-voltage, construction, or project management experience; contractor-management experience; strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, planning, coordination, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Data center, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical experience; high-density fiber, EPC/EPCM, owner’s representative, or construction management experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
